F… Them Kids
Forgive.Understand.Communicate.Know
(that I love you)
F… Them Kids is a bold, youth-centered workshop designed to create
honest conversations about what young people are experiencing and what
adults, families, and communities sometimes fail to recognize.
The program creates a safe and open space where young people can talk
about real-life challenges, develop practical tools for navigating them,
and connect with trusted adults, resources, and support systems.
We don't just talk at young people. We create space to hear what they're
actually dealing with, give them practical tools to navigate it, and
connect them with adults and resources prepared to support them.
The workshop explores topics such as:
- Youth mental wellness, emotional care, coping strategies, and asking for help
- Peer pressure, risky behaviors, positive influence, and personal values
- Bullying, cyberbullying, conflict, bystander awareness, and finding safe support
- Self-esteem, self-worth, confidence, boundaries, and healthy self-talk
- Social media, online safety, cyberbullying, privacy, misinformation, and digital
footprints
- Healthy relationships, respect, trust, communication, consent, and boundaries
- Communication skills, active listening, expressing feelings, and difficult
conversations
- Conflict resolution, problem-solving, de-escalation, accountability, and repairing
harm
- Age-appropriate education about trauma, triggers, emotional responses, and healthy
coping
- Decision-making, consequences, safe choices, and navigating real-life situations
- Personal responsibility, accountability, commitments, boundaries, and the impact of
choices
- Life skills including budgeting, banking, time management, organization, hygiene,
cooking, applications, and career preparation
- Future planning, goal setting, education, careers, entrepreneurship, and personal
action plans
- Community connection, mentorship, positive activities, service, volunteering, and
community resources
- The pressures today's youth experience, including academic pressure, family
expectations, financial hardship, relationships, body image, social media, grief,
discrimination, violence, and uncertainty about the future
F… Them Kids is about giving young people a voice, helping them
understand the challenges they face, and equipping them with practical
skills to make healthier decisions, build stronger relationships, and
move toward a more positive future.
